The Regional Economic Service is provided in conjunction with Oxford Economic Forecasting and provides detailed forecasts for the decade ahead for the 13 Government Office Regions of the UK. The forecasts cover a range of indicators, including:

• Employment (broken down into 26 sectors)
• GDP (broken down into 24 sectors)
• Demographics (population, migration)
• Personal Income (wages, income, expenditure)
• House Prices
• Rents (office and industrial)

The service is based around the proprietary OEF software which allows data interrogation and scenario testing to be carried out by a subscriber. The service allows covers two regional meetings per annum to discuss the outputs of the forecasts.
